Warehouse Member Information and Policies
The Warehouse was formed to bring the band's fans closer together and to provide an easy way for members to order Dave Matthews Band concert tickets ahead of the general public.
- Only one (1) membership per email is permitted.
- Only one (1) membership per household is permitted.
- No refunds will be offered after 10 days of joining or renewing a membership. If a member has requested tickets through Warehouse Ticketing, no refund will be offered for the membership.
- Only one (1) membership is allowed per person. If multiple memberships are found for one person, these memberships will be cancelled without a refund.
- You must adhere to the Legal Agreement / Code of Conduct.
- Memberships may not be sold and/or transferred. If a member is found to be selling his/her membership, the membership(s) will be cancelled without a refund.
- Please note that members are responsible for updating their information with the Warehouse. This can be done at any time on the Warehouse website by clicking on the "my info" link in the upper right hand corner of the home page after login. You will also find your username, membership number and expiration in this area.
- Members who join before or during an active ticketing request period will still be eligible to order tickets to the shows featured in that request period. Once a ticketing request period is no longer active, any members who join the Warehouse will not be eligible to order tickets until the next ticketing request period commences.
- The abuse of a Warehouse membership and those privileges included will not be tolerated.
General Membership Info
General Information
Memberships are $35.00 U.S. for residents of the U.S. and Canada for 12 months. Memberships are $35.00 U.S. for residents outside the U.S. and Canada for 12 months. For purchases in Virginia, there is a $1.75 sales tax. Fans must be 13 years of age or older to join the Warehouse DMB Official Fan Association.
For U.S. and Canadian memberships, acceptable forms of payment include: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For memberships outside the U.S. and Canada, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

FAQs
Please click on the "Join Now" button on the login page of The Warehouse for new memberships. You will receive a confirmation recognizing your date of membership as soon as we receive payment. The sooner you join, the earlier your membership will be dated.
Memberships may also be given as gifts throughout the year.
A membership to the Warehouse is a wonderful gift. Please click on the "Gift A Membership" button on the login page of The Warehouse.
Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email containing a membership code and instructions for redemption that you will send to the recipient.
It is the member's responsibility to renew within the expiration month or given month grace period in order to retain their seniority. No exceptions will be made after the month grace period has ended. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer an automatic renewal system to Warehouse members.
Click on the renew button below to log in to the Warehouse and renew your membership online.
Renewal memberships may also be given as gifts. You will need to fill in the member's id number in order for us to process the renewal. You can find that number under the "my info" section of the Warehouse.
We will process the order as soon as it has been received and the renewal will take effect without lapse if we receive the renewal request prior to the membership expiration date or end of the given month grace period.
Dave Matthews Band allows audio recording at almost every live performance. We feel that each show is unique and want to offer our fans the opportunity to recreate the live experience through the audio reproduction of our shows. At all recording- authorized performances, patrons may tape from any ticketed seating location in the venue. No soundboard or power feeds are provided.
Recording is limited to audio-only. We sincerely appreciate all of our fans, so we ask that you please be considerate of those around you by not obstructing anyone else's view of the performance.
All audio recordings must be used for personal use or trading only. Selling or commercializing any recording is illegal and will jeopardize taping privileges for everyone. Please read our Bootleg Statement for more information.
In addition to helping fans recreate the live experience, we hope trading will foster greater interaction within the fan community. Any method of trading that does not involve personal fan interaction defeats the spirit of this goal of the recording policy and is not authorized.
All audio and video performances belong to the Dave Matthews Band and are not available for promotional use without the explicit prior written consent of the Dave Matthews Band. Please read our Bootleg Statement for more information.
Dave Matthews Band endorses the creation of fan web sites; however, the images, audio, and video material found on www.davematthewsband.com and www.warehouse.davematthewsband.com belong to Dave Matthews Band and may only be used with the Band's prior consent. All lyrics, CD covers, and other original artwork designed by or for Dave Matthews Band belong to Dave Matthews Band. Please respect the band's ownership and refrain from infringing upon copyrights.
A notice to our fans about Bootleg Recordings, Television and Radio Broadcasts:
We would like to thank those of you who have been helping us with the bootleg CD problem. For those of you who are unaware of what's been going on we would like to let you know that the Dave Matthews Band has always encouraged the taping of our performances, but only for personal use, including trading, as outlined in the Taping Policy Statement. The proliferation of commercial resale of recordings of our concerts has become a concern to us. Commercial bootleg's are not only excessively priced and of inferior quality, but primarily, they are an illegal use that threaten the taping privileges of everyone. Due to the efforts of a few unscrupulous tapers the privilege of recording live performances has been jeopardized. Those of you who have passed along information about commercialized recordings have been very instrumental in our fight against these bootleggers. An equally important violation of the integrity of the music is the unauthorized commercial exploitation of the band now occurring on television and radio broadcasts. Without our knowledge or permission, our songs have been used on soap operas, sports promotions, and even as the introduction to the Rush Limbaugh show. Once again we turn to you to assist us with putting a stop to this use of our music. If you see Dave Matthews Band music being used in what you feel may be an uncomfortable situation for the band, we ask you to notify us by e-mail or fax. Please provide the date, time, station, program name and song used. And don't forget, the battle against bootleggers is an ongoing one. We still encourage you to email or fax us the name and locations of any retailers or distributors of bootleg CD's along with the titles and quantities in stock.
